Korean Rocambole Garlic
Very rich, strong garlic flavor. Low on the heat scale. Easy peal cloves averaging 8-10 cloves per head.
In the 30 years we have been growing this garlic it has always won the flavor catagory in all of our taste tests.
Probably the most outstanding quality of this garlic is its long storage life. We advertize it as a 8+ month garlic but our regulars use it all year.

Bramley's Seedling apples
A blazingly tart apple with a dense flesh, perfect for cooking. This variety will actually reach a high sugar content on a good year, resulting in the typical water core that these types of apples can get.
The Bramley apple while not so popular in the US is hugely popular in Europe, Especialy Great Britain where it is apple #2. Renowned by chefs and bloggers alike as THE apple of choice for baking needs, this reputation dates to early 1800's England.
As far as I know Jones Creek Farms grows more Bramley's than anyone in the US and we do ship them anywhere in the US.
